The Afracal 1000 is designed to add wider channel options in HF for command and control base/Naval applications.

No longer is a narrow 1Mhz channel of operations required, more frequencies at a given time may be used.  The typical Mid day porr HF communications is now narrowed down to an hour or less opening up wider communications periods for tactical command and control requirements.

The PA can be powered from nominal 230Vac but a wide input range would accommodate 100Vac to 250Vac.

The Liquid Cooled system is kept in low temperature by quiet forced air blowers ensuring continuous operation during data transmissions.

Higher Power Systems:

2 AFRACAL 1000 HF PA’s in parallel will deliver up to 2kW

4 AFRACAL 1000 HF PA’s in parallel will deliver up to 4kW
