Introducing the Colt CMK rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. For the operator that requires a weapon that can use legacy Warsaw Pact ammunition but demands the reliability and accuracy of a Colt, the carbine combines the combat proven operating system of the Colt M4 Carbine with the globally available 7.62x39mm round. By firing this widespread caliber through the Stoner in-line design, this carbine is able to reduce felt recoil and keep the recoil from affecting the accuracy thus enhancing the effective range beyond what is normally expected of an AK-47 rifle.
